The high-quality implementation of projects is our core expertise!

We combine management, process and methodological competence with extensive expertise. We are able to manage both smaller single-designer projects as well as large projects shared with several designers or several companies.

Our project managers have industry-specific experience and expertise, creative methods and the necessary rigour to keep costs and schedules under control. By managing the project well, we can ensure its successful implementation.

All projects must be managed

The scope of the project being managed is irrelevant – projects of all sizes must always be managed. Of course, the emphasis may change according to scope and schedule. In small projects, agility and creativity are emphasised. In large projects, we pay special attention to systematic implementation and monitoring of the schedule and budget.

For all product and service development projects, we designate a project manager to ensure successful delivery. We operate under the project management of your organisation and synchronise the different phases of the project to follow the project stages of your organisation.

The alternative to recruitment brings flexibility

A hired interim project manager and director brings flexibility to your organisation’s daily project management. Projects can start out as urgent, in which case management resources must also be available quickly. If you need to recruit a project manager when a project is already underway, you are way behind schedule. We can quickly provide you an experienced leader for your needs – to work part-time or full-time.

Through our project manager service, your organisation is able to get an external project manager or project leader for a larger project. We are familiar with managing large entities, and experts from several different organisations can work on projects at the same time.

What we do

Our experts

The best project is a completed project. Although a specification is never so good that it would not have a single component worth improving, realism and resources are still the best drivers for completing a project.

Jari Lehikoinen

Jari is a specialist in the development of new ideas and concepts, with extensive methodological expertise and years of practical experience and expertise in project implementation, management and coordination. Jari has the ability to produce creative insight and concrete crystallisations on even the most challenging and fragmented entities. Jari masters the development of mechanics, problem solving and project management tasks in a multidisciplinary manner

Multiproject environments are challenging and interesting. I've found that the fluency of communication is at the heart of all management.
