The City of Helsinki’s Education Division identified that EdTech companies often lacked experience working with municipal organizations. To make collaboration smoother, the aim was to provide companies with an infographic answering the most common questions. Co-creation workshops were used to clarify the content of the procurement process and identify its most relevant stages. Based on the workshops, LINK created an infographic brochure explaining the City of Helsinki’s procurement process to EdTech companies.
