Business Espoo is a service hub formed by a network of seven organizations. It provides services and advice to entrepreneurs and businesses at every stage of their lifecycle. Business Espoo serves as a service and innovation platform for entrepreneurs and the wider business community, bringing together ecosystem partners across the region.
LINK helped clarify Business Espoo’s shared service offering, internal operating model, and strategic and marketing development. We also co-created new service packages with customers and ecosystem partners.

We mapped the service offering and customer needs through in-depth interviews with employees and end customers. Based on the findings, new operating and service models were co-created in workshops. The project produced a documented operating model, defined service themes and recommendations for delivering existing services. Three new service concepts were also developed for piloting.
